Job description
We need a Concierge, responsible and very sociable, ready to develop and grow with us. If you are a responsible and active person who truly loves and knows how to socialize, we will be glad to accept you into our team! Responsibilities: Serve as a key point of contact for guests, dealing efficiently with enquiries. Provide information, advice, and reservation services on a wide variety of guest inquiries, including city tours, theater tickets, restaurants, doctors, and flight reservations. Process and deliver messages for the Guests and the hotel. Delivery and safe storage of luggage. Maintain current knowledge of all hotel services as well as daily vip Guest, vip Guest requests, and special events. Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas. Provide support to Management, as required, in cases of emergency. Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service. Connect and communicate with local businesses and tourist organizations. Please Note The Following: Monthly Salary: 3,500GBP and above depending on level of experience. Preferred Language of Resume/Application: English. Years of Work Experience: One year minimum.
