Arranging the documentation required to participate in tenders (Administrative, Technical and Economical).
Managing the development of replies to Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Qualifications (RFQ), request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Tenders and presentations
Maintaining the Estimates database: bid opportunities and status, bid folders, proposal templates, project charts, past performance evaluations, client contact information, project photos, etc.
Reviewing quotation orders and solving order acceptance issues
Involving Technical Department/Consultant to draw the technical and economical offers
Collecting customer documentation and evaluating bid requests and specifications
Supporting business and proposal development process improvements
Developing and maintaining written and graphic promotional materials
Interfacing between Local Suppliers and Clients
Requirements :
Previous experience in Sales/Proposals roles is mandatory
Experience in B2B company
Fluent Italian and English; knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus
