What’s the role about?

We are hiring a Process Engineer to join our Global Engineering team, supporting the ePowertrain (ePT) Business Unit. The role is based in Bruneck (Italy) and is reporting into the Chief Engineer Financial Planning and Analysis. In this Role you are supporting the Engineering Financial Planning & Analysis as well as Project Management Capabilities for entire engineering function with a focus on Project and portfolio planning, tracking and related cost analysis. You ensure the alignment of projects with ePT processes and tool usage.

What will you do?

• Support process development for project and portfolio management within Engineering function with a focus on resource and cost aspects
• Support engineering project managers as well as resource managers on process and methods for project/portfolio and cost management.
• Create engineering reports, out of various tools like PLW, excel…with the aim to standardize and automized reporting, e.g. in PowerBI
• Support data analysis improvement including AI capabilities and tools
• Train new employees in the use of processes, methods and tools. Identify, structure and deploy training in project management capabilities
• Support EPMS team project management methods and tools development and its continuous improvement

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering field or mature work experience from comparable technical field 
• Experience in project management in the automotive industry preferred 
• Good management skills
• In-depth experience in project planning and related costs
• Ideally experience in PowerBI and the use of AI for data analysis
• Autonomous and task oriented working style
• Strong Communication Skills
• Fluent English (in spoken and written)
