In 2019 it markets more than 10 products (drugs, medical devices, supplements) throughout the national territory with the aim of improving women's health, in the different stages of life, through innovative products.
Job Description
Global Responsibility
Ensure achievement of business results in the assigned territories and support Sr Mgmt in defining the National strategies and priorities. Hire, develop and keep motivated the assigned sales team (Reps) to position Company as a competitive and attracting Company in the WHC market.
Specific Responsibilities - Ensure sales target and SFE KPIs in the assigned area, aligned with Corporate Targets and Strategies.
- Coordinate, manage and motivate the assigned team of Sales Reps, develop skills and competencies of each team's member with coaching and trainings activities.
- Provide continuous and effective feedback to the General Manager, monitoring the assigned market development, competitor activities and changes/developments in the WHC Therapeutic Area.
- Analyze and propose activities on the Field, aiming to increase portfolio sales and market shares.
- Maintain relationships with the Key Opinion Leaders in synergy with other functions and reporting possible opportunities and development for the Corporate Business.
- Identify and communicate new business opportunities and potential risks in the assigned area and at national level
- Collaborate to budget drafting and in the definition of the national commercial plan
- Ensure excellent execution of the commercial plan in the assigned area
- Lead key national commercial project assigned
- Work in team with other functions and Sales Managers to ensure plans are integrated with the rest of the organization and align with corporate objectives.
- Fully comply with company policies, national and local regulations and protect the organization's reputation

Requirements and personal skills - Education: Degree in Science.
- Languages: good English knowledge.
- Experience (years/area): +3 years of experience in area manager position.
- Specific Knowledge: knowledge of the assigned area is a must , experience in WHC is a plus
- IT : good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Travels: Willingness to travel continuously.
- Personal skills: result oriented, people management, written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, priority setting, problem solving, perseverance.
