Where we need you
As a Specialist Infrastructure IT you will contribute to the success of our Infrastructure IT team in Europe by engaging in various activities, including infrastructure management, data backup and recovery, virtualization, identity and access management, IT asset management, configuration and deployment management, security and compliance, as well as networking.
Main responsabilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Manage data backup and recovery solutions to safeguard critical data and ensure efficient data backup and restoration processes. (Veeam)
- Administer and optimize virtualization environments, including server and storage management. (VMware vSphere)
- Maintain and configure systems for efficient data storage and protection. (PureStorage and DataDomain)
- Manage and troubleshoot user accounts, group policies, and domain services. (Microsoft Active Directory)
- Utilize IT asset management for tracking assets, software inventory, and network monitoring. (Lansweeper)
- Oversee configuration and deployment management for software, patches, and endpoint security. (Microsoft SCCM)
- Ensure that all systems are compliant with security standards and implement measures to enhance network security.
- Manage switches, WiFi controllers and firewalls to optimize the network and protect the network from threats. (Aruba and PaloAlto)
- Work closely with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure solutions
How to convince us
- IT Technical High School diploma or degree with 2-3 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Italian and English. Knowledge of German is considered a plus.
- Strong understanding of network and system administration, security, and best practices.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
