Key Purpose
To increase CHINTs market share and strategically grow the business in the electrical energy and power industry for the key focus segments.
High Voltage Product Manager is responsible for leading and managing high-Voltage technology projects in Italy, ensuring the successful completion of technical tasks and objectives. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced technical professional with strong leadership and communication skills.
You will have a great opportunity to utilize your existing industry networks and contribute your skillsets in business development, strategic thinking, and technics.
The roll is full time based in the Italy office.
Key Responsibilities
Help to develop product analysis, customer relationships & strategic partnerships in the sectors of Utility and Power Energy Market and key focus segments with the goal of closing deals.
-Lead and manage high-pressure technology projects in Italy, ensuring timely delivery of technical tasks and objectives.
-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
-Support locally Business Develop Manager and Country T&D team located China to lead the customer interaction and drive the responsible teams throughout the entire process from pretender design stage and throughout the entire sales phase.
-Oversee project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective project execution.
-Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
-Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in high-pressure technology and apply best practices to improve project outcomes.
-Report regularly to senior management on project progress, issues, and recommended solutions.
-Understands the Companys Policies, Mission, Vision, Values, and are following the culture dimensions to ensure the success of the company.
-Market mapping to identify potential profitable operations within the High Voltage market.
-Continuous monitoring of key resources operating in a specific market or function, with the aim of responding quickly and effectively to potential future recruitment needs.
Requirements
-Education: Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
-Existing strong customer network connections with relevant industry players and decision makers in the Utility sectors is a must.
-Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in high-voltage projects, including project management and team leadership.
-Have an excellent understanding of the sales and tendering process and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
-Language: Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and delegate tasks effectively.
-Practical understanding of the competitive landscape.
-Position requires a high degree of adaptability and professionalism to increase the visibility, profile and reputation of the organisation.
-Professional writing, presentation, and technical skills are a must.
-Strong passion for technical results and having attention to detail especially with understanding the high-voltage customers real requirements.
-Hydrogen power/ renewable energy/ ESS system experience would be a plus.
-Need to be able to travel in Italy and occasionally abroad (HQ China)
