Job Description
Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Junior Technical Training Manager who will report to the Senior Content & Implementation Trainer Manager as part of our dynamic Corporate Training team in our HQ in Milan.
How you will contribute
- Create educational contents and implement training programs with a special focus on Eyewear’s technicality.
- Develop global technical training materials (manuals, handouts, videos) and support local customization according to different markets’ needs.
- Strengthen technical knowledge for a broad target of audience (internal Sales population, new hires, etc.).
- Periodically gather new requests of technical deep dives from different company functions (Brand Management, Product Development, Sales, etc.) and prioritize new contents’ creation according to business priorities.
- Provide support during global and local Sales events and meetings by reinforcing technical messages during collections’ presentation.
- Work closely with the training teams of different markets and become their key referent to ensure the implementation of technical training programs at local level.
- Coordinate visits for employees and selected wholesale accounts to Kering Eyewear’s manufactures and suppliers.
- Understand Brands’ business model and objectives, with a major focus on Brand DNA, heritage, collections, and product features to support the definition of training needs and learning path.
- Work on competitors’ analysis product offering.
- Supporting Corporate Training’s daily back-office activities.
- Analyze competitors’ trends and monitor new learning trends and tools to empower training efficiency and results.
- Be curious and proactive in searching new and efficient training solutions and tools.
Who you are
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry or previous experiences in Optical Industry as a must
- Excellent training contents creation and good level of copywriting
- Fluent in English and Italian, French as a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Power Point expertise
- Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods
- Strongly focused on results and respectful of deadlines
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious, committed to teamwork.
- Strong team player and excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training and product development
