We are currently looking for an IT Infrastructure and Application Maintenance Specialist (AMS) who will be responsible for managing and maintaining the technological infrastructure, software, systems and networks, and user's personal equipment of the Digital Innovation department.

The person will work in a team of three colleagues to diagnose and resolve IT issues, or to escalate them to a third level support. The role also monitors and investigates user requests, evaluates, and applies solutions, and reports the status and resolution of the issues.

The role performs daily tasks such as deploying and managing user's digital identity, creating and configuring user's email accounts, and handling IT devices such as laptops, smartphones, printers and meeting rooms. 

Your job is to watch and examine user requests and to assess and implement solutions. The IMS solves any IT technical problems and does it in a professional, and quick way. The IMS's duty is to update users on the issue's status, and to inform when the service is back up. The IMS specialist handles end user service tickets to offer solutions, identifying the cause of the problem and suggesting what should be done to prevent similar problems from recurring.
