Job description

Our client is a multinational company in the field of technicals products and professional tools. We are looking for the Customer Service Coordinator, that join the European Team and will be responsible for Italy. Main duties: - Ensure the workload balance within the team - Ensure assigned work instruction are followed and updated - General communication / price communication to the distribution channel / business agreement presentation - General customer service support of all related tasks (order placement and follow - up, technical advice, complaint handling etc) - Sales support - coordinate the activities of 2 teams members (remote) working for the region. Requirements Bachelor's degree or similar 3 - 5 year's experience in a commercial, customer - focused, and international Customer Service / Sales / Marketing environment Native italian speaking and excellent communication skills in English A service minded, coscientious personality with a big sense of responsability Initiative taker, team player and multitasker with a customer-centric mindset vetrinabakeca
