Talent Acquisition International
We are looking for an energetic Talent Partner for Acquisition International who will work closely with the business leaders. In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long-term opportunities.
Location: Cesena
What we offer: direct hiring in the company with a permanent contract, the salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience (full time on site job, monday to friday). Multicultural and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the identification of the most effective recruiting channels, candidate communication, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer preparation.
- Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders to gain insight into the short/mid/long term business needs and talent challenges
- Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process
- Define strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelines
- Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function
- Provide support to the Hiring Manager on the Talent Acquisition process and practice
- Work globally: partner with the international HR Managers' team and participate in the global projects to support the delivery of the overall TA strategies
- Plan and develop innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University partners and Schools.
- Act as a true brand ambassador, define and execute communications to positively position and increase employment brand awareness in the market.

Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Fluent Italian and English
- 1- 3 years of experience with full life-cycle recruitment process, various recruiting strategies, and selection techniques in an internationally operating company
- Experience in headhunting for the new media sector
- Expertise in the use of ATS and talent relationship management tools, knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn talent Insights, LinkedIn advertise and advanced recruiting searching tools such as Stack Overflow, XRAY, etc…
- Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset
- Business Partnership approach & Hunting love
- Strong teamwork and ability to listen and at the same time to influence others
- Drive, tenacity, client-focused and results-oriented
Passion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile
