Premier Placements is currently interviewing for an Executive Assistant direct hire opportunity with a wellestablished and fast growing manufacturing company in Waxahachie TX. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for performing highlevel advanced administrative tasks and duties on behalf of the Director of Sales interfacing with leadership team sales team R&D team marketing team and production team members and managers to oversee projects and procedures focusing improving customer and employee experience.
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm .
Salary: $50000 $60000/ year

Job Location: Waxahachie TX
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates internal and external meetings which includes taking meeting minutes distributing them to relevant stakeholders and coordinate external meetings with clients or partners handling invitations and logistics.
- Maintain product development process and ensure teams maintain pace to acheieve deadlines.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals. Help gather and organize information required for Director presentations/or proposals.
- Track and document recertification deadlines to assist in schedulling required testing.
- Communicate with internal and external testing facilities to maintain certification on products.
- Maintains sales reports and databases. Compile and organize sales data update customer records and generate reports as requested by the sales executives.
- Track sales leads and opportunities. Assist in managing sales leads tracking progress through the sales pipeline and ensuring timely followups.
- Coordinates with Sales Team to contact customers for feedback on their customer service experience. Document and maintain records as needed.
- Ensures management is informed of deadlines and potential challenges and/or changes to meeting those deadlines.
- Communicates with parties as needed on behalf of the Director of Sales to help facilitate day to day business.
Requirements:
- 4 years of relevant experience in a Executive Assistant role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated initiative in solving challenging problems.
- Must possess computer literacy and proficiency in Word Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in handling multiple projects / tasks efficiently.
- ZOHO CRM / MieTrak ERP experience preferred.
