Follow us on our Social Pages For our inhouse Legal department, we are seeking an intern with a strong work ethic, eager to explore the intricacies of Intellectual Property, Administrative Law, Antitrust, and Commercial Law. The Legal Intern will take part in cross-functional legal innovation projects and will receive comprehensive training within an international context. ACTIVITES:

• Analyzing a wide range of legal issues, carrying out research to answer queries from internal stakeholders.
• Dive into the study and analysis of contractual documentation related to local public and private tenders. Your attention to detail will be invaluable.
• Assisting in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements with major IT industry multinational corporations such as Microsoft, HP, IBM, and Apple, as well as key clients in the sector.
• Contribute to the management of our Group’s intellectual property (IP) portfolio.
• Assisting in managing archives and updating procedure and policy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to read and understand complex contract provisions written in English;
• Ability to efficiently create English legal documents for internal and external use;
• Fluent in English is minimum requirement. Any other language is a plus (fluent knowledge of Spanish is considered an advantage in the selection process).
• Previous legal working experience would be an advantage in the selection process.
