We are seeking a Factory Area Manager for our Electrification – ELDS Business Line in the Local Division based in Dalmine (BG), who will have the possibility to have a job rotation in the Medium Voltage Apparatus.
The Factory Area Manager will be responsible to implement all marketing activities, support Sales organization in driving sales and services of respective products for the domestic market and execute the complete offering cycle (from request for quotation to the order).
Your responsibilities
- Implement the go-to–market product marketing strategy, including preparation of technical and commercial offers, definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
- Ensure that the Local Product Group budget (volumes) and profitable growth targets are achieved in the assigned Countries.
- Complete the offering cycle against strategic inquiries and relevant technical / commercial alignment, participate in sales strategy discussions for the assigned Countries, agree short and long term actions with specific Channels along specific Segments.
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by local Sales organization.
- Ensure efficient marketing actions and communication to local Sales organization and customers.
- Oversee sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s).
- Perform regular project follow-up, provide reliable monthly order forecast for production planning and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls, prepare reports and market analysis.
- On frequent basis within the assigned Area, in order to complete a close project follow-up, Meetings, Seminars and Presentations with Customer, End User and Consultants.
Your background
- Bachelor or master degree in Engineering: Energy, Electrical and Industrial are preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role will be considered a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Office, Excel in particular.
- Fluent Italian and English language; third language knowledge will be a plus.
- Availability to travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in Team.
- Problem solving, willingness to work in a multicultural team and motivation will complete your profile.
