Our client is Giochi Preziosi, leader firm in the Toy industry in Italy.
For new store openings in the shopping center of Orio Center - Orio al Serio (BG), we are looking for a STORE MANAGER, reporting to the GP Store Director.
General purpose of the role:
We are looking for a positive and influential Store Manager to be the figurehead of one of our flagship store.
It is essential to have had retail experience in a similar environment and to effectively multitask and having the confidence to delegate is crucial.
You should have a proven track record of successfully inspiring your team to achieve and exceed store sales and using creative methods to maximise sales opportunities and profits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To lead, motivate and develop your team to exceed sales and improve KPIs/customer service standards through effective performance management
- To regularly give constructive and appropriate feedback on performance and on the job coaching to improve
- To cascade company strategy and objectives so that each individual understands how they contribute to the stores success, and recognise and value their contribution
- To actively involve the team in decision making and when agreeing individual objectives and development plans
- To deploy staff and delegate effectively to maximise productivity
- To motivate self and team to ensure consistent delivery and improvement of customer service standards
- To achieve sales targets through effective KPI management & delivery
- To regularly analyse sales performance, maximising strengths & reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement
- To manage the control of all costs/losses
- To have an active involvement in recruiting and selecting the best people for the store
- To identify individual learning and development needs and develop potential within the team, establishing personal development plans to meet these needs

- At least 3 year experience of retail management
- Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills
- To work independently with effective time management
