Job description
Recognized for its commitment to delivery and excellence in customer service, a company in the civil construction segment, going through an important moment of growth, is looking for a new executive to lead the finance area.
As Senior Financial Manager, you will be responsible for structuring improvements in the financial area, developing new tools, indicators and conducting fundraising, thus ensuring the company’s high economic performance.
Present the company to the capital market, being able to issue securities such as Debentures and CRI’s;
Structure and conduct financial planning, as well as the accounting, tax, treasury and controlling areas;
Search for best evaluation practices related to pricing and margin of new products;
Improve the company’s budgeting approach, aiming to develop new processes that impact its financial cycle;
Develop management tools, controls and indicators, aiming to generate accurate financial reports and efficient results, as well as promoting automation in the corresponding area;
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies, in addition to ensuring the security of the company’s assets.
Experience in a senior management position in the development, construction or real estate market;
Accounting experience with POC revenue recognition;
Have worked in the implementation of budgetary processes (GMD or OBZ) in companies undergoing expansion;
Desirable experience in raising funds via the capital markets (Debentures and CRI’s);
