Job description
Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 2+ years of experience in a compliance environment ranging from law requirements, compliance, and/or SOP building, preferred.
Responsabilites:
• Notify SOP (secretary of operations) Admin Manager of difficulties or issues with departments and/or employees submitting SOPs, following guidance, or being unresponsive to requests.
• Collaborate with the SOP Admin Manager for further internal training and development.
• Communicate with VES & VMC departments to assist with SOP guidance and process SOP reviews.
• Recommend and develop training/guidance/procedures to and with the SOP Admin Manager.
• Assist with training new hire employees on SOP Admin processes.
• Reports and communicates team performance to senior leadership and makes recommendations for areas of improvement.
• Pull necessary reports containing SOP Admin team statistics for senior management as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
