Students will support the MBUSA Human Resources in the fine-tuning of agile practices which include the development and implementation of agile ways of working and thinking that directly impact the Employee Experience.
Primary responsibilities of an MBUSA HR Junior Associate Consultant:
- Support in the development of MBUSA’s long-term agile strategy.
- Support key initiatives across HR functional areas: Operations, Talent Development & Acquisition, DEI, Agile, CHRO Office
- Manage the Moments that Matter monthly dashboard; including overall portfolio management.
- Strategic university partnership management; including the MBUSA Associate Consultant program. • Design and facilitate training workshops and Lunch & Learn sessions for key tools and processes. • Manage and maintain all existing projects and prototypes for the Moments that Matter portfolio.
- Design and maintain HR-related social intranet spaces, including The Agile Times newsletter submissions.
- Develop and implement employee experience strategies for onboarding and other key employee milestones.
- Lead and participate in focus groups and surveys for a variety of initiatives; including survey creation and analyzation
- Develop and design sustainable prototypes for all HR Portfolio initiatives.
- Develop and manage HR Automation strategy, key initiatives, and KPIs. *Automation/Programming experience required*
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Undergrad - Rising juniors and seniors | Graduate -*Preferred Business and Human Resources Management Majors
- Available from June 26, 2023 - December 20, 2023
- Hybrid in-person schedule 3 days weekly, up to 20 hours maximum
- Available during core working hours of 10 AM - 3 PM Eastern
Preferred Skillset:
- Agile and Design Thinking experience
- Ability to learn, build, and deliver incremental value at scale
- Working knowledge of KanBo, Canva, MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop Editor, Visio, etc.
- Self-reliant achiever with the ability to work with autonomy
- Strong oral and written communication
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and collaborative environment with stakeholders
