As a member of a cross functional team, you lead RDQ activities required to complete process design and process deployment for innovation, growth and cost optimization projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.
How you will contribute
Working independently, you will lead technical work across multiple projects aligned with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will also lead activities designed to generate appropriate process information using modelling and simulation, and pilot plant scale up and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. You will be involved with/lead process design and specifications, process scale-up and commissioning and will ensure the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies. This position requires you to manage stakeholders and to influence decisions based on data analysis and interpretation of results; create and maintain accurate consumer centric process specifications; leverage connections to internal and external technical communities, and; create intellectual property that gives Mondelēz International a competitive advantage.

Mondelēz Southern Cone represents Mondelez International operations in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. We produce over 40 iconic and delicious brands with more than 400 products including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury and Tang, and local jewels like Cerealitas, Terrabusi and Clight, among others. More than 2,600 wonderful people proudly work to make our delicious snacks at two production plants in Argentina: the Pacheco Plant in Buenos Aires Province, Villa Mercedes Plant in Villa Mercedes Province and our commercial offices located in San Isidro, Buenos Aires Province.

- Impulsar excelencia operativa en la ejecución de proyectos, aplicando la metodología y herramientas adecuadas
- Identificar, evaluar y mitigar los riesgos a nivel proyectos y escalar en los equipos multidisciplinarios donde participe
- Analizar performance de líneas para revisiones semanales/mensuales, enfocado en perdidas / scrap / sobre peso
- Optimización de recursos/consumibles, (basados en performance) vida útil y sobre peso del producto (ej moldes)
- Aplicar conocimientos / experiencias en proyectos (lanzamientos, arranques, VSU, perdidas)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de liderazgo para lograr resultados
- Excelente habilidades de planificación y pro actividad en la identificación de perdidas
- Seguimiento al cumplimiento de Diagramas de Procesos, definiendo y dando seguimiento a indicadores ya definidos para tener el proceso bajo control (centerline operativos)
- Capacidad de influir positivamente tanto al grupo, como a operadores
- Habilidades analíticas / análisis causa raíz
Que necesitas saber sobre este puesto:
- Principios de funcionamiento de equipos estratégicos del proceso de fabricación
- Capacitarse en el proceso junto a R&D para entender cuales son esos puntos de transformación en la línea
- Manejo, control, monitoreo y seguimiento de KPIs de las líneas a cargo (GE / SCRAP / SOBREPESO)
- Estandarización, validación y actualización de condiciones de proceso
- Seguimiento a plan de proyectos del cluster
- Detección y solución de fallas, perdidas en el proceso del Cluster utilizando herramientas AM (causa raíz)
- Participación activa en DMSs, Grupos de trabajo de AM
