As a Research Analyst at Nacre, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic and rapidly growing company, focusing on conducting research and driving impactful insights.Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support the development of novel ideas and identify market opportunities in various industries, such as digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture, and more.- Work independently with minimal direction to gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and create compelling presentations for the portfolio.- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team of serial entrepreneurs, seasoned executives, and expert investors to refine business strategies and drive successful outcomes.- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines to ensure the timely completion of high-quality deliverables.- Contribute to the enhancement of Nacre's CRM and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.- Serve as a point of contact between executives and external clients, facilitating smooth communication and relationship managementRequirements- roficient in English, both written and verbal communication (MUST).- Proven experience in conducting research, data analysis, and generating impactful insights in the startup ecosystem is a MUST- Strong business acumen and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.- Excellent organizational, writing, and reporting skills.- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Docs,Adobe, PowerPoint, and G Suite.- Ability to work effectively on an international team, across different time zones and cultural backgrounds.- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also functioning as a valuable team player.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Benefits1.
