DescriptionLocation: Field BasedWorking hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to FriSalary: Competitive + Benefits What you'll doYou will lead a team of four Regional Managers and be responsible for the commercial performance, customer experience and people engagement across all Vodafone stores within your region, both owned and franchised. You will collaborate with HQ, and supporting the UK Retail Lead, you will work to review and improve the franchise programme to ensure a leading customer and colleague proposition.As a Brand Custodian you will ensure the Vodafone brand is, and customer service standards are, protected whilst advocating for development and cross functional working in your own region amongst direct reports and franchisees. Whether that is sharing best practice, launching a new initiative, or managing cost efficiency, you will actively encourage innovation and align business priorities to drive positive change.Finally, you will relish in supporting and coaching talent as you work across a diverse and inclusive team. The role is fast paced, demanding and requires a great deal of tenacity. However, it is rewarding, fulfilling and will offer an opportunity to harness many skills. Put simply, there has never been a more exciting time to join Vodafone Retail! Who you areYou have a relentless focus on the customer. You have experience leading, coaching, and driving high-performance across retail teams to deliver against KPIs such as revenue and NPS.You have in-depth knowledge and experience of retail and partner/franchise programmes. You are commercially minded with a data-driven approach. You are experienced in presenting to from senior-level stakeholders. You have a track record of navigating complex internal stakeholder groups to deliver against a strategy. Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
