Job description

We are looking for a Sr. Account Manager to join our team to oversee digital campaigns, success cases and events for Americas. The ideal candidate will have strong client facing experience, great interpersonal relationships, advanced project management skills and deep understanding of how different digital platforms operate to be able to use data-driven insights to drive high-performing content.
Responsibilities: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize their satisfaction and create new business opportunities. Drive strategic conversations with stakeholders, present proposals and lead project status. Create, present and negotiate project quotes to stakeholders. Manage a wide variety of projects, that include but are not limited to digital/social media campaigns, customer success programs and events. Develop creative briefings and coordinate the asset production with a creative team. Mandatory requirements: +4 years of experience as a Account Manager, Project Manager or similar. Fluent/advanced English – needs to be able to communicate with the client and the internal team in English. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Great communicator and presenter, both oral and written Team player. Good time-management skills. Remote collaboration - part of our team is based in another countries. Desired Portuguese and/or French. Experience with B2B and/or tech industry. Microsoft 365 suite.
