We're seeking a talented individual to lead our Owned Digital & Social Media Channel Management, CRM Marketing, and Marketing Demo Fleet Operations. If you're p assionate about leveraging digital platforms, fostering customer loyalty, and orchestrating impactful marketing campaigns, this role is tailor-made for you.

Owned Digital & Social Media Channel Management

• Design, build and increase MBK’s presence in owned social media platforms incl. IG/FB/YT

•Develop a short-/long-term strategy to i ncrease brand presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

• Create contents and manage production of social media assets in line with marketing campaigns

• Control over the processes and contents of social media pursuant to the governance framework and guide relevant parties to follow the regulations

•Monitor VoC captured from MBK’s owned channels and provide guideline to operating agents

CRM Marketing / Customer Loyalty Program Management

• Design, implement and manage CRM marketing programs by segment/sub-brand with an objective of maintaining and building strong customer loyalty

• Enhance Mercedes me Care program to deliver real value to the members

• Analyze customer data and share insights collected from CRM database (SFDC)

• Manage relation with external partners to get better deals/promotion and the relevant contracts

Marketing demo fleet planning, management and operation

•Manage and plan marketing demonstrator fleets to ensure all planned marketing activities can be executed in collaboration with Company Car Management team

•Manage allocated demo vehicle budget

•Carry out demo car registration, disposal process, tax and insurance management depending on the utilization

Qualifications

Education

4 year university graduate

Bachelor’s degree in business administration / automotive related majors pre ferred

Experience

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing incl. SNS channel management, preferably in auto or luxury retail industry

Automotive vertical product knowledge and experience preferred

Specific knowledge

Depth knowledge of Digital media environment

Strong operational skill with attention to details

Good at playing with numbers and statistics with strong OA (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) skill

Excellent communicationskill both Korean andEnglish (verbal, written and presentation)
