Associate Manager, HR Operational ExcellenceThe Associate Manager, Human Resources, Operational Excellence, provides process and operational excellence functional leadership supporting and project managing multiple parallel initiatives across the HR Operations team to achieve efficiency & effectiveness uplift. Responsible for ensuring development and consistent application of OPEX and Change Management methodology in the HR Delivery Centers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for Project Managing successful implementation of OPEX initiativesEngage functional managers, Center of Expertise teams, HR Business Partners, Field HR, HR Delivery Centers, HRIS and cross functional partners to facilitate working sessions to deliver global process standardization and improvement projects, in accordance with organizational goals and prioritiesInteract with key stakeholders to drive and influence process improvements through Process Excellence and Lean methodologiesAccountable for ensuring a seamless end-to-end process across HR systems (Workday, Service Now, etc) for employees and managersAccountable for development of process/technology training, communication materials and HR onboarding in partnership with CoEsResponsible for the maintenance of process documentation tools (Global Process Catalogue, Design Workbooks, Regional/Country work instructions, among others) partnering with local HR teams (HR BPs and Field HR) and CoEsManagement of knowledge repository in ServiceNowDevelop strategy and assess impact of proposed changes on end user adoption, cycle time impact, headcount, etcDrive implementation of Change Management plansInfluence the HR Delivery Centers, at all levels, to achieve and sustain a high-performance continuous improvement culture throughout the organization as well as a customer-oriented end user experience focusMonitor the health of the process via support in driving process metrics, tracking KPIs, SLAs and scorecard implementationEnsure compliance, sustainability and control of improvements implemented across all projectsEnsure close interaction with all Regional Delivery Centers to promote standard approach and methodology applicationUnderstand functional design of HR Service Management Technology System for system capabilitiesResponsible for deploying regional rollouts for process enhancements and HR Service Management systems updatesKeep enhancement log and user-stories updated for future release cycles of ServiceNow and WorkdayRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies: Minimum of a bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Human Relations, or related discipline5 years of Operational Excellence RolesKnowledge or interest about HR areaWorkday experience – Service Now experience preferredRelevant Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferredUnderstanding of OPEX Principles and Lean MethodologyMust be fluent in spoken & written EnglishAbility to build strong internal & external relationships at all levelsAbility to work well in a team environment and prioritize work appropriatelyAbility to work effectively in an environment of change and manage multiple priorities concurrently through project management, systems knowledge, and effective communicationStrong Qualitative/Quantitative analytical skillsInclusion & Diversity We're a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age and ability.
