Job description
Soporte nivel 1 y 2 de Infraestructura y Sistemas
Responsabilidades del puesto:
• SOPORTE A USUARIOS NIVEL 1 Y 2.
• CAPACITA A USUARIOS EN EL USO DE LOS EQUIPOS INFORMATICOS.
• INSTALA SISTEMAS OPERTATIVOS, SOFTWARE DE GESTION Y APLICACIONES DE OFIMATICA.
• REALIZA ABM DE USUARIOS EN LA RED Y SISTEMAS DE GESTION
• IMPLEMENTA POLITICAS CORPORATIVAS.
• ELABORA INFORMES PERIÓDICOS DE LAS ACTIVIDADES REALIZADAS.
• REALIZA TAREAS EN LA INFRAESTRUCTURA TECNOLÓGICA (COMUNICACIONES, REDES DE COMUNICACIONES, BACKUPS, SERVIDORES, TELEFONÍA) DE LA EMPRESA.
• TIENE CONTACTO DIRECTO CON PROVEEDORES DEL AREA
• COLABORA EN EL MANTENIMIENTO DE LA INFRAESTRUCTURA EN LAS DISTINTAS SEDES DE LA EMPRESA.
Formación valorada:
Certificaciones relacionadas con:
• Windows Server, O365, Azure, G-Suite
• Comunicaciones IT/OT: DHCP, DNS, WiFi, Cisco, Aruba
• Herramientas de ticketing, Jira , GLPI,
Posicion temporal por 3/6 meses. Es posible que se termine abriendo una vacante por tiempo indeterminado y luego de cumplir el plazo temporal poder aplicar a esta. Pero en un principio es temporal por 3/6 meses.
