Job description
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant with a passion for exceeding customer expectations. In this remote role, you'll wear many hats, providing top-notch customer service while also contributing to our sales and marketing efforts. Here's what you'll do: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media (desirable) Identify and research potential customers within our target market Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Assist with project management tasks (desirable) Manage social media accounts and create engaging content (desirable) To be successful, you'll need: Native or advanced level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills A passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in using various communication and project management tools A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a drive to succeed Bonus points if you have: Experience with social media marketing and content creation Project management experience
