Be Bayer.Main PurposeThe Monitor the performance of the Contractor´s services.Generate contracts for all suppliers in order to correctly manage the Services received.Generate and challenge contractor processes in order to improve them and reduce their prices.Identify savings opportunities related to synergies and avoided activities.Improve and challenge the facility planning process to reduce ambiguity and improve efficiency.Generate standard activities (time and price) to improve quotes and planning activities.Oversee facility projects to help suppliers stay on schedule.Your mission will be toMonitor the performance of service providers.Evaluate facility´s suppliers in quality, HSE, and productivity.Identify opportunities to reduce costs due to change in the form of contracting or execution of works.Work in a multidisciplinary way with other areas to find the best solution to the identified opportunities (always with a focus on Safety & efficiency & quality)Ensure the implementation of process change to changes to obtain saving.Unlock your potentialTechnician with experience or University Degree in Engineering.Technical knowledge and experience in Facility Maintenance and Facility Services.Intermediate English.YOUR APPLICATIONThis is your opportunity to tackle the world's biggest challenges with us: Maintaining our health, feeding growing populations and slowing the rate of climate change.
