We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Argentina. As the first function in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach to new markets and building lasting relationships with clients.
This is a customer-facing role that requires the ability to work collaboratively with our global sales team, conduct market research, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cold calls and outreach strategies to penetrate new markets and increase Mize's global footprint
- Collaborate with the global sales team to develop and implement effective market entry plans
- Take the lead in building the layout for the SDR function from scratch, working in tandem with the global sales team to create an efficient and scalable structure
- Set and achieve key performance indicators related to client acquisition, ensuring consistent and measurable success
- Analyze and report on performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales development capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience in conducting market research and gathering actionable insights
- KPI-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, demonstrating the ability to navigate and utilize these tools effectively
- Experience in lead generation, with a track record of successfully identifying and converting prospects - advantage
- Good communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
