With our extensive range of products and services, we help all kinds of organisations – from small, local businesses to multi-national corporations – unlocking the potential of new technologies, including 5G, AI and the Internet of Things (IoT). What you'll doThe Senior Business Development Manager is accountable for identifying, leading, and closing complex, transformational deals with Vodafone's largest and most valued customers within Finance & Insurance. As an experienced business leader, you must be comfortable leading a client-focused, cross functional team.• You will be responsible for establishing relationships and credibility within our existing large enterprise customers, at all levels in the organisation up to CEO and board members, to facilitate the development and closure of complex bids.• You will regularly be identifying the transformation outcomes our customers are looking to achieve to generate pipeline growth opportunities.• You will be defining and executing a winning sales strategies that lead to the closure of large, complex deals, each in the range of £50m to £150m total contract value (TCV) that leverage Vodafone's mobile and non-mobile capabilities, often constructing bespoke propositions with innovative commercials.• You will establish a deep and valuable relationships with key stakeholders within Vodafone's customers. CEO, CIO, CFO and main board as well those stakeholders influencing and recommending within a customer's organisation.• You will have the ability to utilise the breadth of Vodafone products, propositions and partnerships combined with customer insight to develop transformational propositions.• You will be shaping commercial constructs for customers that are financially compelling, with clear business value drivers with Vodafone managed services annuity stream over a 5-10 year+ contract term.Who you are • You will showcase experience of large scale B2B sales within the IT services industry preferably within Finance or Insurance• You will demonstrate knowledge of consultative selling, winning complex sales and transformational deals.• You will preferably have experience of constructing outsourcing solutions and the commercial & contractual constructs typically associated with deals of this magnitude.• You will possess a deep understanding of the customer's business, it's market and industry, their ecosystem of competitors and suppliers, alongside key decision-makers, and influencers in account organisation.• You can prove a track record of winning complex, large, transformational deals in the IT services industry.• You will feel comfortable engaging and influencing C-Suite & Board Level Directors• You will preferably demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a cross functional, distributed virtual team.Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
