Job description
The Business Partner Trainee will work in partnership with ZTD business partners, providing ongoing Tech & Digital support in LATAM as part of the ZTD (Zoetis Tech and Digital) International Commercial team. The Business partner Trainee will report to the ZTD LATAM Lead.
In conjunction with the ZTD LATAM team, this colleague will work with the Latam region to ensure the effective data Integration and ongoing technical operations across all enterprise technology areas with key focus on commercial technologies including ERP, CRM, digital services, revenue management, business intelligence, ecommerce, incentive management, network, security, compliance and Infrastructure. The role will include data quality reports creation and monitoring and working with global cross functional teams to assure integration deliver projects and solutions that helps to drive, support and sustain business. Also participate of some project implementations, manage vendors contracts, payment and mobile process around the region.
Market Responsibilities:
- Provide Tech and digital support to Latam as part of the ZTD International Commercial team to assure data integrity to Zoetis LATAM eco-system and data analytics reports to the market
- Support business to create new reports and analysis insights that helps markets to growth
Operational Responsibilities:
- Manage vendors payments, contracts and mobile process from ZTD to assure the quality of process
- Support the escalation and resolution of urgent tickets and requests.
- Strives towards service excellence and operational optimization. Works closely with business & ZTD global teams for continuous improvement recommendations and delivery.
- Providing expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
- Creating and following processes to keep data confidential
Education:
- Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/ Information Systems/Business Administration or other relevant fields (In progress)
Technical Experience (Nice to have)
- Knowledge of system analysis, design and data/systems/application architecture, ERP and logistics systems; data management and business intelligence solutions, general understanding of data center and infrastructure technologies.
- SQL server language / Data management tools
- Power BI/business intelligence tools, experience and Excel
- Project and system development lifecycle management
