Click Media Lab is a data-driven digital marketing agency based in Montreal and Toronto.The RoleYour responsibilities will include :- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and marketing professionals, to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.- Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and client satisfaction.Ideal Profile- Proven experience as a Sales and Accounts Manager or in a similar sales role in Software Development Industry.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.- Familiarity with software development and marketing concepts is a plus.- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.What's on Offer?- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunities- Leadership Role
