We are actively seeking a dynamic and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing opportunities to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our sales initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties

-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media outreach (Linkedin).
-Qualify leads and gather information on potential customers, including contact information, company size, and business needs
-Nurture leads through the sales funnel by educating them on our products and services and building relationships with key decision-makers.
-Conduct outreach to potential customers through phone, email, and social media to build relationships and drive lead generation.
-Continuously develop and improve knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
-Actively prospect for new business within assigned accounts and expand our footprint by identifying and engaging new stakeholders.

Qualifications

-3+ years of proven experience in a Sales, Account Manager or SDR position preferably in the software industry.
-Advanced/native English is a must, as you will be using it daily to engage with native customers.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Experience with Zoho CRM (plus).
-Experience using/selling RDP and remote access solutions is a plus.
-Extensive familiarity with the technology industry and software as a service (SaaS) products is a plus
