This role is responsible for implementing and following marketing and communications plans primarily in support of mainly Assurant's business in Argentina and Andean region (Chile, Colombia and Peru) as required. This includes managing efforts to execute marketing and communications initiatives across traditional and digital channels; leading account-based marketing plans and supporting the business; developing content and social media strategies to support business growth; supporting corporate branding and localising enterprise messaging, aligned with regional plans and strategy; develop 360 marketing strategy for clients, emphasizing digital experienceEnergetic and intuitive with marketing and communication skills. Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop effective strategies, manage deadlines, budgets and vendors, partner with key stakeholders, and drive execution to generate results. Experience in marketing management, branding, digital and social, business development support and B2B2C client marketing and product positioning in online and offline marketing/sales channels across various sectors, including retail, carriers, and auto dealers.Experience in managing the implementation of marketing campaigns and managing client and corporate initiatives. Apply a test and learn methodology by measuring and analysing data to guide planning process and ensure optimum results.Primary Job Responsibilities Primary marketing and comms point of contact for Argentina and Andean businesses.Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including local business leaders and regional marketing and communications teams, to develop, manage, and execute the B2B marketing strategy and plan primarily to support the Argentina and Andean business.Responsible for building brand awareness with B2B clients and prospects.Support the business development team with value propositions, RFP responses, presentations.Create campaign plans for specific clients coordinating vendor designers, commercial team and client requests.Follow marketing plans to support client implementations and product launches, ensuring marketing collateral is delivered on time and on budget.Prepare the content strategy by understanding the business drivers and client needs related to products and services. Conduct needs analysis and develop content for online and offline channels e.g. newsletters, articles, direct mail, brochures, presentations, point of purchase materials, sales tools and job aids, websites, social channels (LinkedIn – Assurant and leader pages), apps, and customer communication channels including mail, email, and SMS messaging.Follow website roadmap/plan to continually improve the SEO content and functionalityMeasure and manage any paid activity (media, digital and social), if any.Collaborate with in-house creative services team to execute on branded marketing for online and offline channels, including providing direction on artistic perspective, content, and brand execution.Drive legal/compliance, business, and client approval processes for all deliverables.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in administration, marketing, public relations or relevant field3 plus years of relevant experience in marketing/communications management with proven successExperience with core marketing methodologies related to product positioning, branding, promotions, market research and sales supportExperience working with client partners, exhibiting the ability to generate maximum return through effective marketing strategies and directionExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience in leveraging cross-functional teams to deliver resultsKnowledge & SkillsGreat at cultivating client and stakeholder relationshipsTeam player who can collaborate with broad cross-functional teams within an interdependent, matrixed structure to drive and execute marketing initiativesAbility to make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environmentProven track record in go-to market implementations, driving projects forward and ensuring deadlines are always metExperience in developing and implementing results-driven marketing strategies for client products and servicesExperience in creating engaging content and messaging across consumer-facing touchpoints in the buyer's journeySkilled in uncovering and grasping business needs and identifying operational opportunities to create reusable contentEye for detail and ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all your workCreative – not only as it pertains to marketing and design, but also when it comes to problem-solvingAnalytical and resourceful and know when to escalate issues to management for support and/or resolutionUnderstand how to effectively navigate processes within large organisations and/or within regulated industriesFor further information about Assurant, please visit our website:
