Job description

This individual will be engaged in many levels of planning, execution and analysis. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, flexible yet focused individual who maintains a positive attitude,learns new things quickly and thrives in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities: Prospecting and creating leads of potential Publishers,
Recruit Publishers (Websites / Mobile apps) to work, buy and manage their inventory,
evaluating possible deals, organizing and launching sales strategy and up-sale of new
products, With focus on Publishers of English speaking countries as well as worldwide,
Define and identify key performance metrics and report on them daily, weekly and monthly
Present reports/analyses (in person or electronically) that contain valuable, actionable
insight to a wide range of team members, from entry-level to senior executives, as well as to publishers,
Up-sale of company products with the goal of increasing revenue growth by identifying new opportunities
Maintain knowledge of media technology, supply side platforms, buy side platforms and
analytics tools
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong sales oriented
Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven recommendations
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, the ability to create charts and graphs based on data analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be highly organized with excellent follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate the big picture and drill down to supporting details
Excellent ability to multi-task and close attention to detail a must
Strong judgment skills; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications: High English Level, written and spoken
High degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive
Eagerness to work in a dynamic environment that will be rapidly changing
BS or BA preferred
