Marketing & Communications Associate Manager | Accenture.com experience The accenture.com Experience team ensures accenture.com delivers an optimal user experience for all while conveying our brand positioning and messages in a way that is scalable and adheres to digital best practices. This individual will support the day-to-day client collaboration experience of accenture.com, utilizing product expertise to leverage tactics and tools to engage the client audiences, and analytics skills to measure and socialize results. They will partner closely with internal teams like Site Management to ensure a positive client experience and drive product development efforts aligned with client feedback. This role will work with the MMS and CIO teams on user management, campaign alignment, analytics dashboards, and continuous product enhancements. They will work with the global account based marketers and client account teams to understand marketing objectives and guide on best practices to leverage site collaboration functionality to successfully accomplish them. This role will assist team members on managing internal stakeholder expectations and be responsible for ongoing project management.Accenture.com Experience is part of the Content Delivery team, focused on managing the processes, tools and platforms – and providing support and best practice strategies – that enable M+C to easily deliver content and messages to clients, recruits, and employees across our internal and external channels.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day collaboration experience for account-based marketers, client account teams, and Accenture clients.Work closely with ABM account teams, M+C marketing leads, MMS CRM leads, Events Management, CIO, Creative Services, Brand, and Email Marketing teams to manage and support ongoing client collaboration requirements and requests.Build and operationalize the development of a.com page mock-ups that align with client needs and demonstrates digital best practices.Help develop and deliver training and guidance covering best practices for site collaboration.Deliver objective engagement insights and help internal teams to measure results.Identify successes, failures, trends and best practices to implement for continuous program improvement.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Master's degree a plus.Work Experience:Minimum 5 years experience, with 3 years of that comprised of technical and/or digital marketing specialization: Sales enablement, CRM, account management, project management, and people management. Professional services or business-to-business marketing experience a big plus. ?Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Broad understanding of the global business marketplace and knowledge of Accenture's areas of business and overall business strategy.Demonstrated skills in digital marketing and analytics across web & mobile.Ability to influence diverse stakeholders by demonstrating knowledge and becoming a trusted advisor.Ability to effectively engage with and understand the perspectives of senior level stakeholders.CRM experience with Salesforce or similar tools.Experience with sales enablement, account management, and community management.Ability to understand and interpret data to solve problems and make actionable recommendations.Track record of proven and measurable results.Intellectual and analytical curiosity – initiative to dig into the "why" of various results.Ability to operate with a high level of energy, autonomy, commitment and positive enthusiasm to take on a complex, challenging role in a dynamic organization.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
