Job description

We are looking for a SSr/Sr HR Analyst
Our client is a fast-growing startup that is bringing innovation and scale to loyalty programs
REQUIRED SKILLS Communication/ Ethical practice /Business acumen/ Relationship management
Consultation /Global and cultural effectiveness
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel;
Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
Onboard new employees making sure they understand company policies and know the company structure, rules, etc
Report HR KPI´s and make sure HR goals are achieved Control HR budget regarding Ar branch
Performs benefits administration, and suggest new benefits
Conduct/perform all recruitment effort for all personnel, Organize teamwork activities, work on people´s morale
Work on initiatives to make a good place to work
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employment, reporting and managing risks and following new laws.
Administers assigned functions, such as job descriptions, compensation studies, employment analysis, paid and unpaid leave, etc.
Contribute and work on the annual performance appraisal process. Support country manager on his/her initiatives that affect people . Create and conduct training of the annual training program . Act as coaching to personnel helping them with their career objectives and next steps. Assist with payroll administration.
Control employees Salesforce certifications and training
Assist administrative department with tasks related to the workplace
Facilitates or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce. Act as a focal point to all HR issues
Act as a coach mentoring employees according to their future career path.
Work on diversity and inclusion initiatives
Conduct behavior assessment on recruitments and promotion processes
EDUCATION Degree in Human Resources / Psychology or Business administration
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE Compensation system – 3
Human Resources Technology – 4
HR Transformation – 3
Payroll – 4
Recruitment and training – 4
Knowledge of modern developments in HR organizations – 4
Fluent English is mandatory

A minimum of 4-year experience in Human Resources
