We're seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.Responsibilities:- Execute end-to-end QA processes for a wide range of Localization and Data Services projects.- Initiate and execute planned verifications and tests, making adjustments for scalability, functionality, and usability.- Report quality issues (quality process or performance).- Analyze and evaluate statistical reports to proactively identify and improve individual and team results, to improve client satisfaction.- Make recommendations for revisions or improvements, based on client feedback.- Reports time and other process performance data on a daily basis as required.- Support the Quality Team with other tasks and projects as needed.Requirements:- At least 1-2 years of professional work experience, ideally in a similar role.- University degree or equivalent experience.- Familiarity with AI Data Services - data labeling and annotation, written and spoken data collection for training and testing AI models.- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.- Solid understanding and hands-on practice of QA models.- Hands-on knowledge & experience with computer-aided translation (CAT) tools as well as Translation Management Systems.- Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities.- Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills.- Positive can-do attitude.- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.- High attention to detail and accuracy.#LI-Remote
