We are looking for a Community Manager to strategically supervise our presence on social networks and in the online community to strengthen our position in the market.
Your key responsibilities:
-Monitor and manage company presence across social media and software review platforms, including monitoring reviews, responding to customer feedback on forums, and identifying areas for improvement.
-Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase positive reviews and rankings on various software review platforms.
-Engage with our online community across social media platforms to foster positive relationships and encourage user feedback.
-Monitor review websites and respond to user reviews in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive brand image.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that highlight product features and benefits.
-Identify opportunities for improvement based on user feedback and work with product development teams to implement enhancements.
-Develop and implement strategies to increase user-generated content such as testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
-Analyze community engagement metrics and use insights to guide future community-building efforts.
-Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in community management to continuously improve our approach.
About you:
-Graduate or advanced student of careers such as Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-2-3 years experience in community management, social media, or customer service in related industries preferred.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
-Ability to gather and analyze feedback to drive actionable insights.
-Creative thinker with a passion for building online communities and fostering engagement.
-Experience with review websites and reputation management is a plus.
-Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
-Advanced English (required).
