As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

- Be able to maintain conversations in fluent English
- Make links between current issues and future trends facing markets and industries, the services we offer and client needs, moving easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail, considering profitability and business strategy when making commercial decisions for the firm, anticipating the client/engagement team's needs, and developing and discussing potential solutions even before the client/engagement team realizes they are required;
- Consider global and local perspectives when making recommendations, navigating the complexities of global teams and engagements, and using the resources available and responding to requests from across the Network; and,
- Schedule and control hours and resources to each US client.
- Review final Low and Medium Risk testing (both Public and Non-Public clients).
- Monitoring the team's compliance with L&D courses (being Relationship Leader).
- Responsible for the compliance of each client's Audit.
- Participate on feedback at Career Roundtables.
- Attend clients with higher exposure or workload. ESP clients (Special Sector Program) Manage larger teams.
- May be eligible for Sector Champion (Champion: coordinate the sector and ensure its integration in the area) Management of PCAOB standards.
- Innovate through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;
- Work with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools to provide insights to engagement teams; and improve the business by creating capacity and deliver an enhanced employee and client experience.
