Job Summary
Our client is currently updating 475 multi dwelling unit sites (MDUs), such as apartment complexes and condo complexes, with new fiber optic options for their customers. This project involves close to 45,000 customers and will continue until the end of 2024. As part of this update, customer profiles need to be updated with the appropriate data to enable sales and marketing teams to upsell and billers to invoice accurately. We are seeking a Data Analyst/Entry specialist who will assess the required updates for each customer profile and make the necessary changes based on tickets assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Having a keen attention to detail.
- Extensive experience with Excel.
- Assessing requirements specified in each ticket and updating customer profiles accordingly.
- Utilizing data analysis skills, if available, to identify patterns or trends that can enhance the profiling process.
- Prior experience working in the telecom industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with billing, accounts receivable, or accounts payable processes is beneficial.
Requirements
