We are looking for a qualified Sr. Frontend Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading frontend development efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web applications that meet our needs. You will be expected to bring your expertise in front-end technologies and best practices to guide our team to deliver high-quality products

Responsibilities Architect, design, and implement a keep improving our solution for our existing Next.js project that serves +30 different websites. Ensure compliance with Core Web Vitals metrics by implementing performance optimization strategies. Regularly audit and monitor the websites using tools such as Google Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights to assess loading performance, interactivity, and visual stability. Identify issues, make necessary adjustments, and iterate on our solutions to enhance user experience and improve SEO rankings. Collaborate closely with the team (QA engineers, frontend and backend devs, etc.) to ensure a unified and streamlined development process. Work closely with the Product Team to define and design new features. Maintain and improve project documentation, ensuring that it is comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date. Write clear and thorough technical documentation that covers the architecture, setup, and codebase, enabling other developers and stakeholders to understand and work with the system. Develop and implement effective testing strategies for the frontend of the application. This includes unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. Regularly perform code debugging and bug fixing. Collaborate with the team to ensure overall system reliability, performance, and usability. Proven experience as a Sr. Frontend Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Next.js (or similar framework) and experience with different rendering strategies. Proven experience in developing and implementing scalable frontend software architecture. Strong understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment). Good understanding of layout aesthetics and SEO principles. Experience with performance testing and optimization. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members. Nice to have! Previous experience in web advertising using tools such as AdSense and Google Ads Manager. Performance-focused code splitting programming concepts are highly desirable for this position.
