You will manage the delivery of all HSE activities in a manufacturing facility or commercial areas (offices, Sales, Warehouses) , including standards & procedures, capabilityprocesses, reporting, compliance and audit. That means you will define and review standards and legislation applicable to site,validate design for HSE into projects and modifications, and support defined work processes (e.g. IIM pillar) to improve HSE application and effectiveness. Also, you will map all applicable legislation and internal standards, ensure ongoing compliance and manage relationshipwith legal department and local authorities. How you will contribute
You will:
- Co-ordinate implementation of all HSE programs and processes. Prepare and build consensus annual plansfor facility/function wide HSE initiatives
- Plan/Budget/Control annual capital budget for HSE to enable execution of the HSE plan and adherence to all internal andexternal compliance standards
- Provide HSE expertise for the facility/function for all new projects and change management activities
- Ensure appropriate risk assessments are conducted and follow ups implemented to minimize or eliminate accidents,asset losses that might cause harm to one of the company’s employees, contractors, visitors
- Ensure that the appropriate talent is in place through training, mentoring, and succession planning and supportsdevelopment and learning capabilities of Safety specialists
- Ensure the facility standards are in compliance with both Company and governmental/community regulations
- Ensure training and coaching are taking place to drive a safety-perfect culture and to ensure safety standards andawareness are well understood throughout the plant organization

- Demonstrated experience managing a team, change management and project management

Las tareas que requiere este rol incluye, entre otras:
- Asesorar y participar activamente en los estudios de riesgos de procesos dirigidos a prevenir incidentes de PSM
- Participar en la organización y preparación de la información relativa a auditorías internas / externas que recibe la planta
- Planificar actividades de formación en Seguridad de Procesos orientadas a todas la especialidades y jerarquías de la planta, brindando soporte técnico a la operación en su ámbito de especialidad, participando en reuniones operativas o en las oportunidades que se lo requiera, a fin de asegurar la seguridad de procesos
- Elaborar y reportar información de gestión de estándares, seguimiento de KPls, como así también colaborar en el cumplimiento de los Planes Anuales
- Participar en la revisión y/o elaboración de la normativa interna relacionada con Seguridad de Procesos
Job Specific Requirements
- Graduados de carreras de Ingeniería o afinea
- +2 años de experiencia en roles dentro de- Ingeniería, Seguridad o Mantenimiento
- Conocimientos técnicos de mantenimiento y seguridad
- Inglés intermedio
Work schedule:
- Esquema de trabajo presencial, Lunes a Viernes 9 hs a 18 hs
