We are looking for a OPERATIONS MANAGER to join a modern multinational industrial plant specialized in animal feed.
He will be in charge of the direction and coordination of the activities of the production department in the processing of materials and manufacturing products at the manufacturing plant located in Pilar, GBA Norte.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily production operationsPlan production and establish or adjust work procedures to comply with production schedulesDevelop, recommend, and implement process improvementsAttend to and solve labor problemsMaintain inventories of chemicals and inputsSurvey and report manufacturing KPIsMonitor and audit work procedures (batch sheets) ensuring consistency in processing and traceability.Work with cross-functional teamsCoordinate maintenance tasks (preventive and corrective)REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food/ Industrial Engineering / relatedAdvanced English (oral and written)Minimum experience of 5 years in the food industry (human or animal) or dairy industry or meat/meat processing industryMinimum 2 years of supervisory experiencePossess specific knowledge related to food safety and qualityStrong analytical and organizational skillsResidential area: easy access to Pilar Industrial ParkOFFERED:
