Centennial Medical Group, a division of CHI Mercy Health and in collaboration with Mercy Medical Center, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our gastroenterology team, Centennial Gastroenterology Associates. This is a thriving practice made up of two GI Physicians and an Physician Assistant who serve a catchment of over 100,000 residents throughout Douglas County and Roseburg, Oregon. The hospital is an award winning top 20 rural hospital in the United States and has earned accolades for its safety and quality throughout the medical community.

In this position the provider will examine, diagnose, refer and follow a diverse patient population with GI related conditions. Prior GI experience is preferred but we will train an otherwise qualified provider. All corresponding certifications and licenses needed.
