Position : Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location : 34400 Mission Blvd, Union City, CA 94587
Shift : 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Full-Time (Tuesday-Saturday, with weekend rotation)
S alary : $40-$60/hr
Job Summary: Masonic Homes of California, a beautiful 267-acre continuing care retirement community, is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist. You will have the opportunity to work in various settings including SNF, ALF, ILF, skilled nursing, memory care, and on-site post-surgical rehabilitation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registered Occupational Therapist in California
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of start date
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy treatments
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Assist residents in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning
- Provide therapy to a diverse population of residents
