As a key player, you'll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to optimize software applications and drive IT initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather user requirements, ensuring alignment with IT goals.
- Serve as a liaison between end users and technical teams, providing guidance on software application issues, enhancements, and strategic planning.
- Utilize industry best practices to maximize the value of IT software investments across the organization.
- Offer expertise in software analysis across various applications such as CRM, BI, and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with IT technicians to ensure seamless access to test and production environments for analysis sessions.
- Design and tailor software documentation to meet end user specifications and support ongoing enhancements.
- Facilitate communication between end users and IT developers to address technical issues and implement new features.
- Document software application features and functionality for easy reference and training purposes.
- Act as a point of contact for business partners, eliciting requirements and driving satisfaction with IT solutions.
- Incorporate usability and interface needs into application design, enhancing user experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Extensive IT experience including applications development, project management, and quality assurance.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and process documentation.
- Ability to conduct independent research on software applications and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 1 year of business analysis experience or 5+ years in an IT department.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
