Summary: Our client is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. They provide residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Job Summary:
The Licensed Counselor will work as part of the clinical team dedicated to behavioral health and substance use. As Licensed Counselor, you are responsible for ensuring, with the assistance of other treatment team members, that each participant is provided the services necessary to achieve the goals of treatment as outlined in their individualized treatment plan.

Requirements: - Master’s Degree in related field
- 2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.
- Associate or Independently Licensed Professional with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor (Preferred)
- No weekends or on call for any roles and most are outpatient/voluntary.
- Must be willing to run groups as the facilities are very ‘group heavy’.
- Current AZ Driver’s License (Valid and in good standing)
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Finger Print Clearance Care required.
- Licensure at the associate or independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor required
Pay rate starting at $52,500/year based off experience and licensure. Pay is negotiable.
Pay Details: $52,500.00 to $60,000.00 per year
