Service Concierge - Loyalty Chevrolet
Loyalty Chevrolet and Loyalty Cadillac are seeking to fill a full-time Service Concierge position. This employee will greet customers, park vehicles and pull vehicles around for waiting customers. The successful candidate will be friendly, reliable and able to walk inside, outside and around the dealership throughout the day. The ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Greet guests as they enter the dealership service department
Answer initial guest questions
Connect guests to appropriate service advisor or destination
Transport guest vehicles to and from service drive to shop as needed
