We are on the lookout for an exceptional individual to join our executive team as the Senior Vice President of Sales. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to steer our sales strategy, lead a dynamic team, and significantly contribute to our expansion and success in the industrial sales sector.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership: Guide our sales team with insight and innovation, cultivating a culture of high performance that aligns with our company's objectives.
Business Expansion: Craft and execute robust sales strategies to explore new territories, uncover growth opportunities, and broaden our presence in the industrial distribution market.
Client Partnerships: Forge and nurture key relationships with major clients in the commercial and industrial construction sectors, ensuring their needs are met with our solutions.
Team Empowerment: Attract, mentor, and enhance a team of sales professionals. Create an environment that supports their professional development and celebrates their accomplishments.
Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor movements, and market changes to adapt strategies accordingly and seize new opportunities.
Performance Management: Set, track, and analyze performance metrics to refine sales approaches and achieve outstanding results.
Financial Oversight: Work closely with our finance department to allocate the sales budget wisely, managing resources for optimal impact and cost-efficiency.

Who You Are:

A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution or Engineering, preferred but not mandatory.
Bringing at least 10 years of industrial sales experience, with a deep understanding of industrial distribution.
A proven leader with a successful track record of guiding sales teams toward exceeding revenue goals.
Highly strategic with a keen understanding of the industrial distribution landscape, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
Equipped with outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships and negotiating win-win solutions.
A strategic thinker, capable of making data-driven decisions and driving tangible results.
Flexible and resilient, ready to lead and inspire through periods of change and growth.
