Job description

Position Summary:

ACTS delivers the highest standards of security for airports and facilities across the country. We are searching for a paralegal to provide executive, legal, and administrative support for ACTS' Legal Department, under the supervision of General Counsel, with respect to the Legal Department's handling of the company's legal, risk management, and compliance functions. You will work closely with the General Counsel to carry out the day-to-day affairs of the Legal Department and will work cross-functionally with other departments to manager and effectuate special projects and assignments.
