We are a established, yet growing GC that has does a range of projects such as multi-family, K-12, Higher Education, Municipalities, and Senior Housing projects. We do both renovations and ground-up construction. Looking to find a Project Manager who is very sound on both ends, or a rock star on either or. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our projects, from inception to completion. You will oversee all aspects of the project, from budgeting and scheduling to quality control and safety.
We are looking for an individual with more than 5 years of experience in the construction industry. This individual must have a combo of expertise in renovations, new construction, ground-up, apartments, garden-style, K-12, municipalities, higher education, student housing, and senior living. In addition, they must have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We offer a competitive salary of $110000 - $150000 Annually, as well as bonuses, and additional perks. We also provide a great working environment with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
